Your setup fee pays for the work we do before you ever log in — migrating contacts and appointment history from your old tools, configuring provider calendars and treatment menus, building your initial automation sequences, and (on Growth and Professional) training your AI agents on your services, FAQs, hours, and policies. Partner and referral codes can waive this fee at checkout — ask your rep.
Yes. Changing tiers takes one click in your customer portal and takes effect on your next billing cycle. There is no fee to upgrade and no setup fee charged again. Downgrades work the same way, though you may lose access to tier-specific features (for example, AI Voice and AI Conversation require Growth or Professional).
No. Every plan is month-to-month. We earn your business every month — if you want to cancel, you cancel. We’ve seen too many med spa owners burned by 12-month commitments on software that underdelivered.
Voice AI is available on Growth and Professional and is billed per minute of call time plus token-based LLM usage. A typical patient call costs pennies. No. Onboarding and data migration are included in your setup fee. Everything in your tier is included in your monthly fee. Usage-billed items (Voice AI, Conversation AI, SMS, phone minutes) are clearly disclosed and billed only when used. No surprise charges for features you assumed were part of the platform.
